Digital Hive Mind, a Rockford-based advertising and creative agency, was contracted by National Tube Supply to manage their exhibit at IFPE & CONEXPO-CON/AGG, March 14th – 18th in Las Vegas. The International Fluid Power Exposition joins CONEXPO-CON/AGG only once every three years. The 2023 show drew more than 139,000 construction and fluid power professionals from 133 countries, making it the largest trade show in North America. National Tube Supply was one of 2,400 exhibitors spread out over 3 million square feet of exhibit space. Digital Hive Mind coordinated the pre-show activities as well as onsite management of exhibit set up and teardown to create a hassle free, seamless experience for the National Tube Supply sales team.

In addition to exhibit planning and construction, Digital Hive Mind handled planning and execution for show promotion. A pre-show advertising campaign ran across print, social, and Google search channels promoting pre-registration for the show and driving customers to visit National Tube Supply’s exhibit space. Digital Hive Mind also designed National Tube Supply-branded premiums, including tote bags, carpenter pencils, a corporate brochure which housed three industry-specific sell sheet inserts, and custom playing cards.
